Make Notre Dame football reminders go away

My son mimicked your commercial by saying "Go Irish" into our remote in 2017.  We have got reminders ever since.  We hate ND football.  Please make this go away!

Use the voice remote to display Favorites.  Notre Dame football is likely there under Sports.  There's an option for reminders when you open it

Below are the steps to remove reminders from your Xfinity cable subscription. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.  

1. Using Your X1 Remote:

  • Locate the Reminder:
    • Access the "Scheduled Recordings" list.
    • Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Reminders" section.
  • Remove the Reminder:
    • Select the specific reminder you want to remove.
    • Choose "Cancel Series Reminder" to remove all future reminders for that program.
