Main X1 box works fine- all other boxes error

My main X1 box is working fine, all of the other smaller set top boxes have an RDK-03036 code “sorry there seems to be some trouble”. I have restarted the gateway, power cycled the main x1 box and nothing seems to resolve the issue. Went through the Xfinity support app but after a number of cycles, it said we needed a technician- which won’t come until Monday. Is there any other option?

@user_5u1at0 Welcome to our Community Forum! Thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can help you get back to enjoying your TV service. Sometimes, this error can be triggered by a loose coax connection. Please check the coax connection at the back of each box and where they are connected to the wall plate coax outlet to make sure they are screwed as tight as they'll go without using tools. Using a tool to tighten the connections can bend the internal wiring and cause signal issues, so we always recommend tightening them by hand.
