Main DVR Cable Box Resets itself Every Night

Box resets every single night and next morning I have to re set up the box as if it was a new one. Verify phone number, repair remote and name the box. Got a replacement box and the new one is doing the same. Several calls to tech support have not helped fix the problem. Please help!

Will have to cancel if this doesn't get resolved Main Cable box resets itself every single night for past month. Have replaced the box and remote and tried several calls to tech support and nothing has helped. I have to reset up the box every morning as if it was a new installation. Verify my phone number, pair remote and name the box, etc. works fine for the rest of the day and then next morning, I have to start all over again as if it were a new box. Please help!

Tried replacement cable box AND remote

New HDMI cords

Different TV

And even different Cable outlet in the house

All connections are tight 

Refresh signals have been sent by phone tech support on several occasions 

Nothing helps
