Main box OK, others not working
Everything was working perfectly. I had an extra box that I needed to turn in, so I brought it to the office. The Xfinity person suggested that I needed to bring in all of the boxes to swap them for new ones. I made another trip to do that. Got everything home, and nothing worked. No TV on the primary box, nothing. One of the new secondary boxes was completely dead - No power light, nothing. I brought that back, and another person swapped that for a different one. Then he looked at the account, and the prior person hadn't set up the primary box as primary. Then he gave me a new primary box. He also removed the box that I returned from the account, which the other guy didn't do, meaning that I was still paying for a box I had turned in. I installed everything, and after a considerable amount of time, I got the primary to work. Days later, the secondary boxes still won't connect. What next? RDK-03053 is the current error message.

@Steve473 Thank you for making us aware your other cable boxes are still not working even after visiting the Xfinity store. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're experiencing. Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to troubleshoot the other cable boxes?
