Main box connection issues

After having issues with an old box I exchanged it for a new main top box. Having all the same issues. It worked here and there, it won't reset thru the app, says its not getting internet signal when everything in my house has a signal. I unplug the box and it loads and works for a bit then same thing. When I call customer support they are hard to understand and want off the phone as fast as possible. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for about 20 minutes then the line disconnected. I pay alot for this service, and I feel it should work better and the support should be better.

Hello @user_338336 I do want to thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to reach out through our Forums Channel. I can tell you have not had the best experience regarding the equipment and I assure you I am here to do everything I can to turn this around. 


Are you getting an error code with the connection message? This will start with a few letters such as RDK or XRE, followed my numbers and may appear either in the center or lower righthand corner of the screen.
