Lower bill

I am looking for a bill lower.  I removed my my package with features to lower bill and because no NFL network.  Of course. NFL network is now available and i had to upgrade to get the angle network.  I had to remove my phone service but i now need that again.  A bill for $400 is extreme for the same service i paid about $200 5 years ago.  I like my cameras which is why i have also not switched. It as a long term customer i feel there should be something better.   There are no promotions
