Low Signal Indicator after Network Enhancement Maintenance
Hello,
My XG1v4 is suddenly displaying a low signal indicator next to the clock. Xfinity sent notice of multiple days of area network enhancement. It started Friday, 8/22 and was not completed until Monday, 8/25. We had no service for 2.5 days while they did the work.
It must have been outside of our immediate area because we didn't see trucks doing anything within our neighborhood.
Now that the network enhancement has been completed my main cable box is showing a low signal indicator next to the clock.
This was not an issue prior to the network enhancement and nothing changed at my house.
Can anybody provide any insight ? The Xfinity Assistant tells me nothing is wrong and all is well. I would be lead to believe that if I the box was not complaining about a low signal level.
