So help me out here. I just contacted Comcast because I've misplaced my remote. I asked tech support if there's a way to operate the Comcast streaming box without the remote. My new friend in the Phillipines said, "First, let me order and ship you a new remote." Great. After that process ended, she asked if she could help me with anything else. I responded, "Yes...Can you tell me how to operate my Comcast box?"
She replied: "You can try using the remote."
Was I wrong telling her that was the "[Edited: "Language"] piece of advice" she could have given me?
