Loss of Signal on X1 Box
Hello,
I recently changed my main X1 box to a different cable jack and connected that jack to the Commscope CSMAPDU5VP. I have now lost signal on another TV in the house that uses the small X1 box not the big main box. What can I use to boost the signal or will that even work to the box that is not working?

The main X1 box is connected to out 2 (working), small X1 box connected to out 3 (working), small X1 box connected to out 4 (not working). The only one I changed was Mian X1 box. It is in the same port but a new cable connected through another jack on the opposite side of the room from the original. I tried to upload a picture but the file was to large.

I did a full system refresh.
The non working box has an RDK-03036 code, red screen saying to tighten cables and then restart.

The first thing that I tried when this happened was to run a new cable to that jack. Both have this same issue. Comcast even sent me a new box. They won't send anyone out here to fix the issue right now do to the current CoVid-19 situation. They reccomendation on the phone was to add wifi range expanders. The non working box didn't move at all so I didn't think wifi should have anything to do with it.

I have reset up everything as it was before and now I don't get the RDK-03036 error but the box will still not let me setup. It freezes at the account address page. I have tried to do the box reset through my phone and on the Xfinity website and it will not reset that way. I have to unplug it to reset.
