logging in to apps

I have xfinity cable but not xfinity internet (I have internet from another company).  I am trying to login to streaming apps via my TV, but I get a notice that this requires xfinity internet.  I would hope that xfinity does not restrict getting into streaming apps only if someone has xfinity internet because that would be wrong.  Please tell me how I can access the streaming apps without requiring me to get xfinity internet?

I do not have a chat icon when I log in.  But beyond that, my frustration came from doing a direct message with Xfinity Support.  What is another way I can get solution on this?

I would be happy to answer any questions that I can from here @user_6vmI8k. May I ask what apps you are attempting to run on your cable box? The chat icon would be in the upper right to the left of the bell on your home page.

Apple+, Disney Plus, Netflix, etc.  When I click on them it says to use the apps it requires xfinity internet.

Are you attempting to access these via the X1 cable box app options, or a smart TV or streaming device menu(Roku, Firestick, etc.)?
