Local CBS station in Detroit has black bars on all 4 sides of the image.

I'm trying to watch the 2026 PGA Championship on CBS in HDTV, channels 233 or 1062 in the Detroit TV market. I'm using an X1 and I also checked the Xfinity Stream app.

The CBS HDTV channels have small black bars on all four sides of the screen. None of the other channels have this issue. I have rebooted the X1 and Stream app which does not fix this problem. 

The support chat agent does not understand that the problem lies with Xfinity and wants to schedule a service call.
