Live TV on Paramount+ thru X1

Hello, when I try to watch live sports from the P+ app, all I get is a black screen. I’ve rebooted everything.

Yes, I have a subscription. All I get is a black screen for live events. Shows are fine.

lbman Thank you for the additional information! We do have an alert on this issue from our engineering team, they are actively looking into the issue. The mention a temporary solution to try, open the Paramount+ App first, then find and play the desired live event.
