Live Sporting events delayed/horrendous customer service

It honestly feels like a practical joke when dealing with Xfinity Customer Service. I've never experienced anything like it. I've wanted to try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm now paying $300/month for 2 TV's with some movie packages and internet. Anytime there is an issue it takes 2+ hours to resolve, and get passed off to 8 different people.

Tonight, I've tried to find out why my NBA game on TNT is over 1 minute delayed, much slower than even streaming services. The 6th person on Xfinity is now reviewing and repeating the same scripts to me. Nobody has even said they were passing me off to a different employee.

It's probably time for me to cut the cord, I can't handle this BS anymore.
