I can not get any thing past the welcome screen.  I have uplug bot the modem and the TV for 60 seconds

@wilbur1992 Thank you for making us aware you're getting this error message even after unplugging the modem. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're experiencing. Have you by any chance tried to use the Xfinity app to restart your device?
