Lip sync and choppy scroll and zoom on some shows channels

Have reported lip sync issues with video. It goes away when Cable modem is rebooted... and comes back two days later. Real pain!

Also have issues with pan an zoom on some channels and some shows. Reboot doesn't fix the issue. Looks like bad codec encoding. 

Reported the issue. But no resolution.

I fought this for months, they blamed it on my soundbar but after contacting the FCC, they gave me a hardwired 4K box that fixed the problem.

Hello, @user_lfycyv. Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing. Is this happening while watching live TV, or Recordings? Have you tried checking the coaxial connection on the back of the box to make sure it is connected properly and tight?

It happens on all sets. Tightening cables doesn't fix the issue.

@user_lfycyv are there any splitters on your line? I've had this issue before and replacing the splitter did the trick for me.
