Line through red circle of series recording

Hello, does anybody know why the line through the first red circle of the series recording appears? It also does not record the show when this is there. There is plenty of space on my DVR. Also two other shows are recording later tonight and they do not have this issue. All shows being recorded are on your normal 2,5,7, 9 channels.

@user_f9b29b Sorry to hear you are having this issues. This means the program is not going to record. May I ask what you are trying to record? This could mean you don't subscribe to the channel anymore, or you don't have space to record. 

I no longer work for Comcast.

what was the result of this issue, I also had this happen this morning and nothing was recording at the same time.
