latest technology for x1 cable box?
I was told I was getting XG2-4kDVR (fourth replacement box to adddress original issue) instead I got an XG1v4-A. so - what is the difference? ready to cancel service after a week of this nonsense.

The XG1v4 is currently our only 4k-compatible DVR box, so you have received our latest 4K DVR equipment. I sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding the exact model number that was provided but can assure you have received the correct equipment. Are you still experiencing issues with the new box at this time?

The only remaining issue (fingers crossed) is that my box only tells me how much space is left for recording in the cloud - even though I have plenty of space on my box hard drive, it won't record unless I start deleting recordings. Customer support has not been able to help with this and I see a lot of people have had this problem since January 2023. on one box it showed that I was only using about 30%, so maybe that was letting me record to the box? Very frustrated with this experience, especially since I've been paying for DVR.
