Last Watched Tiles

How do we get rid of the advertising tiles taking up space in our last watched list?  There has been one for The Voice on there for over 24-hours now.  It's already aired.  The sports and other advertisements are annoying in intrusive  I use the last watched feature a lot.  We should have the option to remove these.
