LAST button no longer shows DVR shows

If I stop a DVR program while watching it, using the LAST button will show this DVR program along side the last watched channels.   As of today, the Last button only shows channels, not a DVR program that I stopped mid watch.    Anyone else seeing this?   Is there now some setting on the X1 box for this behavior?

EDIT: The problem seems to have cleared up on it's own a day later for me.

Now it is working again here in Washington State.  Seems like the comcast people have abandoned this post because they were thinking it would be fixed with the overnight update.  I hope it's fixed for real this time.  For the amount of money we are billed each month they should do better!!!

Hear we go again. Friday may 29 12:01am. All dvr recordings not showing up in last watched. 3rd time inside of a month.

This bug seems to be corrected now, on our X1 system .   Been working for days without issue.

Not here in NJ. Watching Kimmel from last night and it doesn’t show up in last watched. Foolishly rebooted box to no avail as usual.

I would like to add to this... I am also not seeing certain DVR programs in the Last Watched list.  For me, it seems to be specifically cloud DVR recordings.  All other recordings, channels, and on-demand programs appear on the list like usual.

Nothing is showing for me from cloud or dvr in the last watched. 12:39 am Saturday 5/30/26

Deleted all last watched and now working like it should. This will probably keep happening from time to time now. Performance just keeps getting worse, and there’s absolutely positively no customer service

Yup!  It's doing it again!  Come on Comcast can you please fix once and for all??  This is so annoying that we have to spend time on this.  We need a discount for our time spent!!!  Can you summarize what has been done so it doesn't happen again?

Hello @fishfix, I completely understand how annoying it is to just want to unwind with Jimmy Kimmel, only for the system to drop the ball and force you to reboot your box for nothing. Since this keeps repeating, it usually means there is a lingering syncing error between your physical X1 box and our cloud servers, or the box itself is holding onto some corrupted temporary data. 

To help us narrow this down and fix it for good, please let me know if you have multiple boxes, is this happening on all of your TVs or just this specific one?

Early this evening the Lasted watched was working on all TVs.  About 8:45 PM PDT it stopped working on the TV with the main box.  I just check 2 other TVs and the Last watch is working but still not on the main box TV.   I believe in the past every TV has had the problem, but I don't know if it was at the same time.  I am in Vancouver, Washington.

5-31 happening again. Recording have stopped showing up in last watched again. Not only that but some channels won't show up either. Tried TCM last night and when I left it, it did not show up in last watched. Same with NBA network, not showing in last watched. Several other random channels too. Unplugged boxes but that did no good. Come on man

Further to my earlier post, the only programs that show up in last watched are the major networks, cbs, nbc..etc.  Programs recorded on history channel, amc..etc are not listed.  Would you PLEASE fix this once and for all, thank you.    I'm adding that this is NOT on the main box that this is happening.

I have not had the problem of only major networks showing up.  We have Extra Innings and change through multiple channels to watch different games.  Last night recorded shows were not showing up on 2 of our 4 TVS.  This morning it is working on at least one of those TVs.
