Just signed up for service that included X1 platform, however the local store says the the X1 box is $20/mo, not $10/mo as indicated

Just signed up for service that included X1 platform,  however the local store in Jessup, MD says the the X1 box is $20/mo, not $10/mo as indicated.   They said the box I need that is only $10/mo isn't in stock.   They insist the X1 box is $20/mo  even though last month it was $10/mo before I cancelled service.

I can't get a service discount during the period I don't have a box either.  The manager there said,  no way Jose you can get a discount even though I am not receiving the service that I signed up for and pay for on a daily basis.

The manager in the store is very bad,  the employee's there are really good.
