Jumping

I am having the same issues as people did in 2022. Most HD stations especially at night have all this extra movement and if course the dvr picks that up.  Had three boxes replaced and just received the most newest up to date box installed.  They found one of the techs that were out here at one time had sliced it and also a small cut in the cable very recently.  Replaced cable and new ends to them and new splinters.  It did not work.  We played it on a very little tv and it did not show the movement.  Now I might need a new tv what the heck.  Back in 2022 according to the community it was happening a lot.
