Yet the program does not come on? The message box says to check the coxal connection) How can I get the program information it the coxal connection is not hooked up? When I call for help, they say" Once the outage in my area is complete they will help me. My one TV is working, and my neighbors on either side of my home with Comcast, have their TVs working.
Why can't a person help me when I call for help? All they do is say goodbye! I am switching all my 5 services from Comcast to Direct TV on Friday when they are sending me a technician.
