It is impossible to speak to a customer service person. I have spent over 4 hours trying to get my TV working.

That comment certainly doesn't help us help you.  Can you describe what is going on with your television and why it's not working?

 If I  knew why it was not working, I would fix it! I have power, it turns on, I am hooked up to something because I get the channel I select with the remote. ( I receive the channel logo on the bottom left side of the TV screen  a bar with the time left on the program and the time of show end

Yet the program does not come on? The message box says to check the coxal connection) How can I get the program information it the coxal connection is not hooked up? When I call for help, they say" Once the outage in my area is complete they will help me. My one TV is working, and my neighbors on either side of my home with Comcast, have their TVs working. 

Why can't a person help me when I call for help? All they do is say goodbye! I am switching all my 5 services from Comcast to Direct TV on Friday when they are sending me a technician.
