Issue with box

No lights on box… in chat with Assistant trying system reset for past 15 mins

user_k12krf Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well besides the issues with your box. I know it can be a headache to have service issues with your equipment. With that said, we'll do our best to help. Have you tried to manually reboot the box? Is it connected directly into an wall outlet, or a power strip?
