Is there anyway to turn off the “are you still watching” feature with the Xfinity X1 TV?

Is there anyway to turn off the “are you still watching” feature with the Xfinity X1 TV? After a period of time, if I don't click yes, I am still watching, the station I am watching turns off and just a photo of something comes on.

For the price we are paying for X1 premium TV service, we should not be bothered with this silly interference.

One last time to the top ....

Maybe I'm the only one that has this problem. If not, has anyone attempted to fix this annoying situation?

I see it, only rarely - because i change the channel or look at the guide often enough where it constantly gets reset.

Personally, I don't find it to be that big of a deal, but am understanding how it may annoy you.

I do not know of any fix

Turbo6ta You can turn off the power saver mode to prevent the message if you like by these steps: Navigate to Settings > Device Settings > Power Preferences > Power Saver > OFF.

Eric ... Thanks for the reply.

I will try those Power Preference steps you posted and see if that helps

EDIT: Well, I just followed those steps you posted. My 'Power Saver' was already in the Off mode ... so, I guess I will just live with this slight inconvenience.
