Is there a known issue with Bluetooth headphones on X1 platform?

Sometimes when I use my bluetooth headphones I get no signal.  I check with settings and under audio, the line for bluetooth headphones enable is gone.  I have to restart the X1 box to get it back and have the headphones working.  Is there a fix for the problem?

Hello @mmm999 . Thank you so much for reaching out to us. I haven't heard of this issue before. I can definitely understand how frustrating it would be to have to restart the box every time this happens. I know it's been a couple of days. Have things gotten better? If not we could look into possibly swapping out the cable box.
