I have the Pace px013anm DVR and am looking for switch it out.

Also, the rental for the old box is $15/mo and the new box is $19.95 a month. Is that correct?

Yes, it’s also the newest. All dvrs are the same price. Unless you are making a package change, it’s a straight swap

Strange. My DVR rental was $15 and the new charge is $19.95. CSR told me the new DVR is more expensive.
