Is anyone else dealing with pixelation issues on local HD NY channels in the Central Jersey area?

Just wondering. Because I've been dealing with pixelation issues on several of the local HD NY channels for about 2 weeks now and I suspect it's an issue outside my home that's causing it since last fall, I was dealing with the same thing and the issue finally cleared up. I'm okay if it's going to take a little longer to fix. But, is the issue being worked on? Because it's hard to watch shows on ABC 7 now, like Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune, due to the pixelation. And I'm not too keen on having to watch them via the Xfinity App.

Good afternoon user_ptyccd. Are you still experiencing issues with these channels? If so, what troubleshooting steps have taken so far?

I live in Hillsborough NJ.  Have been experiencing pixelation on all HD channels for several weeks now, on both TV's with a box.  A friend who lives a mile from us also has this problem.  I checked all my connections, and last week got new X1 cable boxes. No difference.  This is obviously a problem on the Comcast side.  Please fix, for the $$$ I'm paying.

@user_d7a3fz Our team is here to help. I’m sorry to hear that swapping out the box didn't resolve things.

Do you have any additional devices connected such as splitters, power strips or amplifiers connected?

When you checked your connections did you confirm everything is finger tight and secure?

Have you tried swapping out the HDMI cables and checking to confirm if any of the coaxial cable is damaged?

Problem went away as as quickly as it started.  Had three or four days of a perfect picture, BUT LAST NIGHT, here we go again, MORE PIXELATION.  Obviously not a problem on my end.  Very disappointing !!  Xfinity, please take care of this !!
