Since comcast has completed their service which we were contacted our service would be interrupted ,and then contacted us it's now complete, our tv continues buffing through programs. It's very distracting and happens in very short intervals.

This is happening to me too.  I've rebooted my modem and uninstalled/re-installed Xfinity app.  It's still happening.  Makes that channel impossible to watch.  It's only the Newsmax channel.
