Internet in bedroom1

The tv comes on but cannot do anything it says it is not connected. I have unplugged it several different times and that hasn’t worked. The one in the living room is fine. Is this something you could send a signal to fix?

user_6n5xg4 Good morning! There is a great option for troubleshooting in the Xfinity app. To run the troubleshooting steps in the app:

  1. Open the Xfinity app (the main one, not just Stream).
  2. Tap the Services tab, then Troubleshoot TV issues
