Internet and TV completely down with no updates today
All services went completely out yesterday. No bad weather in my area, but your outage update for 3-100 customers in my area states “our network has sustained damage that makes us unable to deliver your services.” Your first estimate of restoration time of fix was supposed to be 17 hours ago. Once that time has passed there has been absolutely zero updates, with “as soon as possible” the new estimated time.
This is one of the absolute worst times of the year for this to happen, with today being the start of March Madness and no one in my neighborhood can watch, or work from home as they need to as well for that matter. Just beyond frustrating service from you guys the past year plus. Not that it will change anything, just venting here as you’ve made it impossible to speak to a live human anymore, and all they would say is unplug your equipment and plug it back in anyway.
Please fix our service, and provide more updates in the outage texts and status on the outage pages about what is actually going on so we know when to expect restoration of the services we are paying an insane amount of money for. Thank you.
