Intermittent Video issues new 4K box

I just went to the Xfinity store yesterday to replace the old box I thought was the issue. Worked for a few hours and now the same signal issue of flickering to black screen. My upstairs main box has no problems. It’s my bedroom 4K small box that has the issue. It’s not the TV, apps are fine. It’s everything on the Xfininty small 4K box. Any suggestions?

Change the hdmi cord? Try a different hdmi cord? Change locations of the 2 different boxes and see if it continues

adding... when you insert the HDMI ends feel and hear the lock-in "CLICK". are you pressing hard enough to fully set the connectors?
