Intermittent skipping on certain channels

Question

I have intermittent 'skipping' on certain channels, SyFy, Comedy Central, AMC, TBS, etc. Regular 'network' channels are fine, ABC, CBS, etc. I have changed the cable box, the splitter, the HDMI cable and Comcast has been in to my home to review, but continues to happen. Anyone have suggestions?

Get a tech out to troubleshoot further. Channels are on different frequencies, so it’s 'normal' that some will work and some have a tough time. Also, if you can remove any extra unnecessary splitters you will help the cable signal

I only have one TV. The only splitter is to send coax to modem and x1 box. I don't think I can avoid the splitter?
