Intermittent service due to outside issue

Hi,

my apartment building is experiencing intermittent cable connectivity that obviously affects both TV streaming and Internet. We have all had multiple technicians come to our individual apartments and conduct troubleshooting. Yesterday in talking with neighbors and an Xfinity technician we confirmed that the issue is not in the apartment building, but is actually out on the street. we need Xfinity to come and address the issue on the street and confirm when it will be fixed. This has been going on for over a month and every time I try to call Comcast or Xfinity or contact their chat. They try to send another technician to my apartment. The issue is not inside my apartment. How do we get this resolved? It is intensely frustrating and again has been going on for over a month .

We greatly appreicate you for your paitence while waiting for a response. In order to get this fixed, the next best step towards getting this resolved is to schedule a technician visit to your address. From their, our awesome field team will be able to create a request to have the next level engineers to check lines on the street. How does this sound?
