Intermittent RDK error codes

Need info on intermittent issues with the cable box freezing or being stuck on the welcome screen.  There is nothing on the outage map for my area, but the service stops at least once every two days (sometimes for 5 minutes, sometimes for 2 hours).  Currently seeing error code rdk-03033.  A new line was recently installed, so I don't think the issue is on my end.  Who to send a DM to?

Hi there and welcome to Comcast @user_32f748. I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with your TV box. Are you seeing this message on live tv, recorded show or ondemand?

The error is on live tv, when the live tv is working.  Sometimes, the box stays stuck on the welcome screen instead.  When I check the site for outages, it doesn't show any outage in my area.  Is there a better way to check for outages?  What happened to the live chat?

Hmm, that is certainly strange @user_32f748! We are here to help, and want to ensure that all the steps taken are available for the resolution.

Can you share with us any troubleshooting steps you have completed? Did you recently swap the box?

The issues started around two months ago.  So far, I have:
-at the suggestion of the support team, I swapped the box, twice
-refreshed the signal over the phone many times
-a technician arrived and ran a new line to the house last month
-unplugging the box rarely helps

I don't know what else I can check or what options there are.  There is another technician scheduled in a few days, but I don't know if they can do anything else, since they just ran a new line.

I tried sending a direct message yesterday with those same steps, but I did not see any response.  I will try again now.  Also, can you confirm if live chat still exists (and paste a link)?  I only see the assistant/bot now.
