Intermittent Pixelization

Ever since they came to upgrade our lines all channels live and recorded have intermittent pixelization. Very frustrating. I called and ran through all the troubleshooting and nothing helped. I asked for a tech to come and they want to charge me $100 to have someone come out to fix a problem with the service I pay too much for.  Anyone having problems like this. I will not pay them to have someone come out and fix a problem that I didn’t create.
