Intermittent Black Screen

I am having intermittent black screen issues.  I had a tv technician check out my lg oled and he suggested d it was the cable box.  I contacted 800-infinity and they ran diagnostics and they suggested a new hdmi.  Note that the tv technician checked all three HDMI’s and found nothing wrong.  Nevertheless I went to infinity store and picked up a new hdmi…no change.  I believe I need a new cable box.  Frustrated!

I have the same issue. Where do I call to get a new box for a swap. There are no xfinity stores local to me (less than 50 miles).
