Instant replay error message

From other posts, it looks like the error message I have is typical of a bad box. I’ve tried rebooting and turning off the power multiple times with no change. 
Can you send me a replacement box?

@user_f6ktub They can be replaced for free, and immediately at a local store. Find the closest one to you here https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers. That helps exchange one quickly without having to wait or pay for shipping. If there are no locations near you, we can ship a replacement at $15 Standard UPS Shipping, or $29 Priority UPS Shipping. We can also have a tech out to replace equipment, if remote troubleshooting does not resolve the concern.
