Hello, @user_d9f9ef Sorry for this inconvenience. What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? My first recommendation would be to check the inputs on the TV and make sure the signal is going to the right HDMI cable. The second thing I would do is make sure it's not an HDMI cable issue by swapping the cable that is currently plugged in.
