Inconsistent volume

We upgraded the cable box to the latest Version and ever since the volume settings have been completely different. The volume during sports has the announcers coming in loud and clear, but the fans and refs are almost nonexistent. I checked settings on the box, tv and soundbar for anything that might have been switched, but have found nothing. Anyone run into this at all?

Thanks for posting on our community forums, @user_vmczj9. I'm sorry to hear the TV box audio is not working as it should. We'd like to help get to the bottom of this. What troubleshooting steps have you tried with the TV box? Did you try rebooting it manually or through the Xfinity App? Removing and reconnecting the audio connection from the TV box to the TV?
