On all your tv boxes, on the remote hit the Xfinity Button. Go to the settings icon, go to preferences, then notifications. Make sure the Caller ID is on. If it still doesnt work do you have the call forward feature on? That can stop it from working.

@user_42d883 These steps can help determine if call forwarding is on:

Visit https://comca.st/3b667xZ.

  1. Select the Voice icon from the drop-down menu in the top left corner.
  2. Sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.
  3. Click the settings wheel in the upper-right corner and select Settings to see your Voice Preferences.
  4. Click Call Forwarding.
  5. Enter the phone number where you want your calls forwarded to.
  6. Enter the phone numbers you want forwarded and click the Add button.

From what I'm seeing in this forum and other places on the internet, any time you make a change to any aspect of your Xfinity "Triple Play" service, or equipment, the Caller-ID transmission to the Television(s) are stopped.  This has been happening going back to 2017, from what I can tell.

There must be a per-subscriber $$$ cost to Comcast-Xfinity for providing this service.

Anyway, in almost all cases, the customer had to call/visit/chat with Comcast-Xfinity to get the incoming  Caller's ID back on the TV Screen.

I will be doing one of those myself tomorrow.
