On all your tv boxes, on the remote hit the Xfinity Button. Go to the settings icon, go to preferences, then notifications. Make sure the Caller ID is on. If it still doesnt work do you have the call forward feature on? That can stop it from working.
From what I'm seeing in this forum and other places on the internet, any time you make a change to any aspect of your Xfinity "Triple Play" service, or equipment, the Caller-ID transmission to the Television(s) are stopped. This has been happening going back to 2017, from what I can tell.
There must be a per-subscriber $$$ cost to Comcast-Xfinity for providing this service.
Anyway, in almost all cases, the customer had to call/visit/chat with Comcast-Xfinity to get the incoming Caller's ID back on the TV Screen.
This is an old dead thread that we will be closing at this time. If you are having troubles and need support, please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue so that the community and our support representatives can assist.

I will be doing one of those myself tomorrow.
