I just signed on. It took me many hours and two nights to finally get it all working. Any time one glitch got fixed, I got another error. Brand new equipment, and I had to call for help--and she told me to unplug and replug. That fixed connecting to the internet, but kept getting the error to tighten the cables,. Couldn't have been any tighter. But, after disconnecting and reconnecting, and getting an ocular migraine, it finally connected. Now I just have to deal with telling the remote 2-4 times what I want to see before it gets it. And connected to any channel is SOOOO SLOW!!! Glad I didn't commit to a 2 year place, but I may just go back to FIOS. Never had any of these problems!
