I’m having trouble on my tv

I’ve tried my network which is available and it won’t connect. Please help

user_i0p6fs This error code is usually from a system interruption, which can commonly be fixed by performing a system refresh by saying "Referesh" into the voice remote. You can also use the Xfinity app to run the automated troubleshooting steps to run diagnostics and reboots as well. A physical reset, by unplugging the box for a few minutes, can also help refresh the connection and check for any errors.
