If I toss my new remote in the trash where it belongs....

OK got a new box, and new remote.  Box, is obviously not a DVR as advertised in my service contract, (contract did get updated to say cloud DVR after upgrade).  I can live with fact that I no longer have cable TV or a DVR, like X1, but the new remote is the worst thing I have ever used. { edited for violating forum guidelines} guessing that is on purpose to stop folks from channel surfing, and keeping bandwidth a bit lower, since it does not use cable.  So, anyone have a recommendation for on that was as easy to use as old remote? Hopefully, I can send Comcast the bill when I return their remote.
