I want to speak to a live agent
regarding damage done to my property bill underground cable contractor, the way the new cable line $hooked up to the outside box and why my bill is $300 instead of what I was paying prior to the outage that occurred in my area due to transformer explosion that damaged cable lines in my neighbor. The representative said my increase would only be $10 which I am not happy about considering the service that I have received from Comcast. Especially being a customer for 30 plus years. Have someone call me.
