I STILL have to manually record all Orioles games. Please fix this already.

I have it set to record ALL Orioles games. But only a couple actually set to record. I have to manually go in and record like 10 games out of all the upcoming games.

if a game gets postponed, i have to manually set it to record.

This is not how its supposed to work.

major bug.

please fix asap.

Never happened before, first year experiencing this.

create a ticket. Contact someone who can fix it.

Hi @aaxxaa, I understand you are having issues recording your series. Can you please Select Saved from the Main Menu., Select Scheduled to display a list of scheduled recordings and see if all the games you want to record are showing?

@XfinityAshley​ they are not there. Until I manually go in and select record on each upcoming orioles games. Then they are set to record.

Is the name/title of the series different from each other? Are they on the same channel? Does this feature work on other shows or recordings?

@XfinityAshley​ all games are listed under the orioles so they should record. No issues with any other shows.

to test :


Say “Baltimore Orioles” into remote.
It will out you on the Orioles team page.
Set it to record All games for Orioles.
Then underneath see all Live and Upcoming games and you’ll see most of them are not set to record.
You have to manually set each game to record.

Just to make sure, is this a local game and do you show other channels with the game scheduled as well? The reason I am asking is that some games even through the MLB can be blacked out at the team's and local broadcasting discretion. This can cause some game recordings to not be able to record automatically and have to be manually set to record. We are still looking into the issue to verify if there are other factors that can cause it, however, to open a ticket specifically to verify your account, we will need you to send us a private message to assist.
