I need a new cable box

I have multiple issues with my xfinity cable box and probably need a new one but every time I call I get the run around.  I cant pause or rewind anymore, multiple apps wont load and periodically the volume is choppy and I have to restart my box which takes up to 15 minutes.

I am so sorry to hear you're having so many issues with your TV box. I can certainly understand your frustration with having to constantly restart it, especially when you're trying to watch your favorite shows.
