I need a answer

How do I resolve the EXR-03046 issue? 

I’ve done everything possible that I’ve found on the internet, and with Xfinity. 

To be honest, I’m kind of getting annoyed.

If you mean XRE-03046, please see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-errorcode-xre-03056. Are you seeing this on an X1 box or on a Flex box?
