I loathe Xfinity!
After months of calling and telling Xfinity to discontinue my service, they finally stopped my services, then sent me overdue bills for a product I wasn't using.
They threatened collections, and once again I called to let them know that the service was discontinued. I returned all equipment.
Does anyone understand what stop service means? Now it is messing with my credit score. Hate you so much Xfinity, so glad you'll never be a part of our household again.
