I keep getting the wrong cable box

Last week I went to the Xfinity store to get a XG1v4 cable box, requesting that specific model, mentioning that I want a 4K/Multiview capable box. They give me a box that is not the XG1v4, and is not 4K or multiview capable - it is a much older box. So today I call Comcast and order the precise cable box that I need. Less than 8 hours later my order arrives, but again, it the wrong box. It's an XiOne-SC(B). What do I have to do to get the correct cable box?
