I just received new xfinity tv boxes. Two of them work, but can’t get the other two to work

Tv boxes not working. Brand new

@user_n2u5wg Thanks for posting to the community. We can help ensure you can enjoy all the boxes. Are there any error messages or codes on the screen for the two that are not connecting?

I have the same problem with on box not working, buy thry are not new. Just started about two weeks ago?

@user_ztz7o5 What is the error message or code you're seeing on the cable box when attempting to view your channel lineup? What are the troubleshooting steps you've taken from your end?
